THE FINE PRINT

CLEANING: A $750.00 cleaning / linen fee is payable per booking.

​

PAYMENT: your deposit will be 50% of the booking fee payable within 7 business days to secure the the booking.  The balance is due within 14 days of arrival - the deposit is non - refundable.

BOND: a refundable bond of $1500.00 is payable per booking and will be refunded to your bank account after cleaning / inspection - within 7 days of departure

ARRIVAL & DEPARTURE: check in 2.00pm and check out 12.00pm (unless otherwise arranged) 

PETS - Sorry, no pets are allowed in the home or to stay on the property 

 

SMOKING - This is a smoke free property

 

GUESTS - There is a maximum of 20 guests - no minimum. No unauthorised Guests Permitted.   No Camping Allowed.

COVID - A refund will only be given should there be a government imposed lockdown, we are happy to move a booking date to a similar date should restrictions be imposed.

​

PARTIES - No Parties / Schoolies Events / Hens or Bucks Nights are allowed (bond will be forfeited) 

​

FIRES - No Bonfires are allowed on the property - this includes the riverbank

​

PROPERTY ACCESS - No access to the boat shed.  Boat ramp access is available via the public ramp at Fred's Landing

​

RENTAL AGREEMENT - A rental agreement will be provided and your acceptance of the booking is taken as an acceptance of the supplied agreement
